Konrad föddes 1983 och fick sin utbildning vid en högre teknisk skola för elektronik och telekommunikation. Därefter arbetade han i fem år med hårdvaruutveckling för RFID-läsare - scheman, PCB-layouter och EMC-testning.
Därefter anställde Dewetron i Graz Konrad som global supporttekniker i tre år. Franz Degen bjöd sedan in honom till den nya Dewesoft-anläggningen i Österrike, där han arbetade i fyra år som DSA-applikationsansvarig, skrev dokumentation, reste runt i världen för att stödja försäljningen av NVH-applikationer och samlade in feedback från kunderna. Sedan 2017 har Konrad varit försäljningschef för Österrike.
